Poor service I ordered 2 burritos with onions and cilantro and they gave me just the meat in it and there said they have beans with cheese and that wasn't true, and very expensive Definitely I don't come back and don't recommend it ????
Visiting family in Pecos and tried the food here. Prices seem comparable if not a little higher than in the city (around $13.00 for an order of 4 or 5 tacos), but that just seems to be the nature of oil country. I had the carne asada tacos. They use high quality meat, not at all greasy. Compliments to the chef, the meat was cooked just right, still tender, not like at other taco spots where they overcook the meat. Served with salsa which had the right amount of heat, chopped red onion, and cilantro. Paired it with a Pepino agua fresca. Very satisfied. Will return.
It's late at night coming into Pecos. All the independent restaurants are closed and we don't want fast food. Found this food trailer. Most Mexican food trucks or trailers do street tacos well and this one accomplished that as well. They don't cook until you order, so it comes out hot. Great tasting and they don't mind cooking it the way you want it. Only drawback was some of the meat was gristly. Would stop there again.
Very good food. But, very expensive. A Birria Ramen Cup and a glass of Horchata was almost $20.
