Taco Bell - Pelham

Taco Bell food should be universal across all stores. This store represented the brand well with tasty selections, clean dining area and acommodating service.

Closed half an hour early. Grills often shut off over half an hour before close. Unsure what management is doing at this location, but it’s not working. I won’t be surprised if this location ends up getting shut down because of the workers.

Horrible, not one single item was even heated up to make any attempt to melt the cheese.

The restaurant got extremely busy right after we walked in, with probably 15 people coming in at one time plus cars in the drive thru. Dakota, David, Jacob and Bree were on top of their game and handled the crowd and busyness perfectly. They went out of their way to get me one extra taco even in the midst of the crazy crowd and were so polite and kind about it. They did an excellent job and I appreciate this staff so much!
