Mcdonald's - Pensacola

I have made the drive several times at this point 1 of 5 times the order went right. Checkout take the order right, but employees fill the order rarely get it right.

I went through the drive thru and ordered an egg McMuffin. I've removed a mile and realized I have a bacon biscuit. I returned and went back through the drive thru, explained my order wrong with speaker and moved into the 2nd. Windows as dependent. Very rude woman took the bag (Bacon Biscuit), gave me another bag, and never said a word, but she just turned back into the window with her hand on her hip. A simple sorry about it would have been nice. I was the one who didn't worry you!! Rudeness is not acceptable in customer service. If you can't be anything else, be kind!

Fast, friendly and food was great! Fries and hamburgers were delicious! Their Ice tea is addictive!

Sometimes things in life stress us so badly that we need the best comfort food. The only thing to help? A nice, hot, fluffy soft-bread QUARTER POUNDER. Go McDonald's! Thank you for the smiles from childhood to adulthood.

Food is always good here. The staff are really nice as well. This branch is very clean too. I live in an apartment at the back so i come here pretty often.
