The best thing we had was the BBQ shrimp, even though it wasn’t traditional. The scallops special was good, but a little undercooked. The chicken piccata was tough to chew and the vegetables were flavorless seemed like they were cooked in a microwave. My stuffed and baked grouper came out piping hot, but looked like it sat for a while, so it was definitely microwaved. Also wasn’t fresh gulf grouper, It was not large flaky pieces like a fresh grouper filet is. It’s my favorite fish and I get it often. It honestly seemed more like mahi mahi. I hope they aren’t trying to pass mahi off for grouoer. The best part of the dish was the spinach. Also ordered a side of risotto that just tasted milky, No flavor otherwise. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.
The mango plum salmon is delicious. The corn chowder was great too
Seems like a huge turnover of staff has happened. With time I think it will get better but I miss the long time bartender they had and the older gentleman who use to work the door. Our food was good, I had the Fettuccine and my sister had the park crusted scallops and both dishes were delicious. Our waitress was super nice but she obviously was given too many tables to handle. But she was friendly and we were patient. We will be back but please train your bartenders to know how to make better mixed drinks.
The stems on leaves in salad made it hard to eat and the chicken was tough and not to good the salad use to be made different I think
