Whataburger - Pensacola

It was my first time visiting a Whataburger and it did not disappoint. The breakfast sandwich was good; biscuits were soft, and the chicken juicy. The customer service was great as well; the lady asked if we liked our visit to Pensacola which was really nice and welcoming. Everything was great except the cleanliness of the tables outside on their patio. But I wiped them before eating, so all was well!

We cannot say that this is a location we will ever stop at again. Bathroom was disgusting, food was cold, we waited over 20 minutes for two burgers and some fries. The people that came in were sketchy, putting on spray of deodorant right next to us as we ate our food inside.

Slow every time. Once you 're in the drive thru line you 're stuck. Today I asked for a plain chicken sandwich. The order taker asked just bread and chicken I said yes. That is clearly not what I received. Fries were hot and fresh though.

I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru, at 4am with only two other people in line. I ordered for two people, paid almost $20 to receive half of my entire order. Y’all had more than enough time to not get my order wrong. Great service

I absolutely love the ladies who work here!! They are always kind at the speaker and at the window!! I wish I had their names so I can let you know. I’ve never had any issues with my food or them
