Contribuer aux commentairesI completed a survey and received a code at the end, but I have not received a response yet. I was overcharged at the drive-thru despite providing my receipt to the lady in the lobby. She seemed stressed, so I was extra nice to her. However, she refused to replace the incorrect order, stating that there was no product to refund. I explained that I didn't want a refund, I just wanted to show her the receipt so the mistake wouldn't happen again. She rudely dismissed me and made derogatory comments about me and my granddaughter. The staff at this restaurant are disrespectful and unprofessional. It seems like the new management is not properly training them, or they simply don't care. As I tried to fill out a survey and take some pictures, the staff attempted to intimidate me by smoking outside my car. I will never eat at this location again and I will continue to warn others to avoid it. It is unacceptable to treat customers this way and I demand a refund and action taken against the employee.
The food at this restaurant was quick, fresh, and hot. My chicken legs were juicy and the two famous bowls we ordered were still warm by the time we got home, despite the 20 to 25 minute drive from Elmwood.
I visited this location for the first time and had an incredible experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, the food was extremely fresh, and they even provided me with butter, honey, and hot sauce.
New to Peoria and so disappointed. Couldnt order pickup, told to pull to the window instead of the speaker, and thwn when we were told to pull up, our order was completwly forgotten. Drove around and was given my order which she forgot our drink butgave use extra potatoe? Wont be returning
We placed an online order and gave them substantial time before the requested pickup (about an hour). When we got there, we were told they were out of chicken and we?d just need to resubmit a refund for our online order. There was no apology given and noeffort was made to inform us of at this anytime leading up to the pickup time. Very disappointed in the lack of service.
