The employee had to ask what we got as she was holding more than one order and had to look in each bag. Why wait to deliver my food and it have been sitting there waiting to process the orders behind me? . Oh that's right payroll. You are not Culvers so why are you trying to act like it. If that is what you want to do then assign orders with numbers and make each order fresh. The fries were also not salted and cold.
Literally heard the manager yelling at 2 guys in the back doing nothing while the avg wait time for an order was 40 minutes
The service was a bit sluggish, but the food was fresh and the staff was fantastic.
This restaurant is overpriced and serves poorly prepared food.
I had the worst service ever at this restaurant. I waited for an hour in the drive-thru pick up area for a kids meal, 20 piece nuggets, and a medium frappe. I finally went inside because I was tired of waiting, and even though they gave me the food, they forgot my frappe. It was frustrating to see them giving everyone else's frappes in front of me while I had been waiting for an hour. The workers were disrespectful, rolling their eyes at me. I will never go back after this experience. It was a waste of money and time waiting for an hour, only to receive attitude from the workers. They need to do their jobs better.
