Octavo by Rausch - Pereira

I went to this restaurant with a big party and we all enjoyed our food. The appetizers are great and for main dish I had the chicken with bacon and it was exquisite. The waiting staff were well trained but they were kind of slow. The view is spectacular but another negative commentary would be that there is no easy way for people in wheelchairs to get to the dinning tables.

Overall, the meal was very good, everything was cooked perfectly and had an amazing taste. The salmon was a bit dissapointing regarding the side dish, it looked more like something from the kids menu. The best part was the dessert, especially the "tres leches". Good service, however when we made the reservation they asked if it was for a special ocasion, which it was, but we did not receive anything special, not even congratulations during the entire night. It would also have been nice if they had a special menu like in Criterion, where you can taste small bits of everything.

It was an unforgettable pleasant experience , in three nights stay at the Sonesta hotel, I visited the restaurant two nights , and had the Salmon with Dutch sauce , and it was splendid, nice environment and beautiful views all around . I liked very much.

The service is really nice, restaurant has a great view booth during the day or at night. You can not miss the albóndigas
