Ihop - Petaluma

Fast food and very delicious. Hardly saw server but when we did he was nice and courteous.Parking: It is in corner of lot by lots of other businesses so not a lot of parking close by.Kid-friendliness: Had a high chair that could either fit an infant car seat or a sitting up child.

This is by far one of the best IHOP's we've been to. We continue to go back for that reason. The service is great, the food has good flavor, it comes out quick and hot.

12/02/2023 12:30PM, My sister and I visited for breakfast, no one at front, waited 5 minutes finally seated and another 7 minutes for waitress and placed senior menus orders and another 10 minutes for coke and coffee (ask bus girl to contact our waitress) to arrived then another 15 minutes for our breakfast.We 've been eating out at least once a week at various restaurants and eateries but this place is THE WORST in food quality and customer services.Place is operated by Mexicans and employees are all Hispanics.Rate todays visit;Food Quality 1 StarFood Tastes 1 Star (everything are oily/greasy)Customer Service 1 Star (would like to rate 0 Star if I could.Would not recommend this eatery, worst eatery in Petaluma.

Their food is prepared from fresh ingredients. The eggs are cooked perfectly. All the extra touches, a great tasting coffee, the toast and hash browns, all were full with flavor. The service is outstanding. I went right at 6 AM, and my server was on point.
