Ali's Curry Grill House - Peterborough

Was a bit reluctant to give this place another go but a full restaurant across the road somewhat forced my hand. I have to say rather pleased it did. The food this time was definitely several steps above the two other occasions. The welcome was warm and friendly and they seem to be doing a decent job with the refurbishment. One of the brothers asked if we had been before and promised us good food and have to say he certainly delivered. No longer the poorer cousin to the restaurant over the road. Will certainly be back but next time it will be my first port of call.

I have been going to this restaurant, previously known as Ali's, for 15 years. It is now named after Ali's Grandad. Ali is a delightful man and the food is consistently excellent. Although they are not licensed to serve alcohol, we always bring our own wine and the portion sizes are generous. I highly recommend giving this place a try, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent authentic Asian food and value for money too! Owner was very welcoming and allowed us to bring our own beers, menu is as you would expect and the food very authentic and most importantly very tasty! Would highly recommend and will use again if working in the area in the future... many thanks for a little off the bill on the promise of a review too! You won't be disappointed, ensure you visit for a friendly and relaxed meal!!!

There is nothing to fault at this restaurant. The food and service are great and the prices are excellent. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Tikka Balti - it's hot and delicious.

It has been a while since we used this restaurant but it was great to return fantastic food we will be back
