The shop itself is massive and has two large entrances and there is a good range of food and drinks here. I do think that it's a little on the tired side and it feels like it is stuck in time and could do with a lick of paint. The staff are lively and they have both manned checkouts as well as self-checkouts. There was one time I came here to buy gin and I accidentally dropped the glass bottle and it caused a spill but the staff were quick to fix the situation and I was able to get a new bottle quickly. Their customer service is great here and I would recommend it if you're in the area.
11 months ago I gave 1 star but went to Asda on Friday and completely changed my opinion. Found staff very helpful and with a good attitude towards customers. This time I am giving a 5 star review ..... Keep it like that Asda..
I think it’s time you taught your driver Spencer some manners and some give him some guidance on how to actually approach and speak to people. Maybe you can provide him some training on this and put him on a course as it seems very difficult for him, bless him.
What has happened here?? All self service for baskets and trolleys now is it? One till open with a queue down the aisle. Hated every minute in there. Get to Kisosk and like its always been....one person to serve who disappears to get a customer package leaving every one waiting. Not the first time. Asda your Peterborough Store is a disgrace when it comes to customer service. I have been in food retail all my life and honestly I'd be ashamed to say I worked there
During lockdown I went to the breakfast area. the service was great, very friendly staff. wish I had kept her name to put on here. food is very cheap for what it is and they also allow kids to eat free if you spend literally £1. great service to community.
