Broth Basil served up the best Beef Rib Pho I?ve ever had this evening. The Charbroiled PorkBun Sliders along with the Charbroiled Shrimp was amazing.
We were headed next door for food, but changed once we read the door for here and Pho sounded good. We were pleasantly surprised and this is now our favorite place in the area. The short rib vermicelli dish was absolutely amazing. For the Steak and BrisketPho the poured it at the table and the meat cooks in the bowl in the broth.
This is a Vietnamese restaurant makes chicken wings better than the pho. The taste of chicken wings with saigon style sauce is very impressive. other than the chicken wings in Buffalo chicken wings, the wings in this restaurant has only 2 flavors but bothof them are juicy and unique. In comparison, the pho is not good as other restaurants. The noodle is dry in the middle and tastepounder in it, the meat is too old, not even mentioned their soup makes me feel thirsty. Therefore I am rating this place as4stars. Wish the pho could be better.
This is a great place for Vietnamese food, it was already good prior to covid and it seems to have gotten better with a slimmed down menu and some beefed menu options. The Pho is great, and you can add a giant grilled beef rib to it, so good. Got theHu Tieu Mi this time, pork broth soup, wasn't great today a bit on the salty and sweet side but the melt in your mouth porkslices and crispy pork bits made up for it to me, and a little Saracha. The star tonight was the Wagyu Bo (Beef) Luc Lac, it'swagu beef on a sizzling platter, side of citrus salad, some rice with an egg on top, and a side of pork broth, it was pricy butbro, it was soooo goodness ???? You gotta try this dish out, everything meshed well together and IMO it beats most Texas BBQI've had. Come try this place out, it's busy for a reason.
This place has been open for several years and I wonder why it took us so long to try it! The service was great, the servers welcomed us quickly and checked us a few times to make sure everything tastes good or if we needed something. The egg rolls were very good and not greasy. We tried the charred pork roast sliders and they had fresh vegetables, tasteful pork in a steamed bungalow. The Pho had a rich broth and a good amount of herbs without being overwhelming.
