Rio Grande Tex-Mex - Pflugerville

We came out on Saturday and I didn't love it. I ordered her chimichanga and it tasted as if it were only American cheese and so much huh that I could barely chew, it was so much dry huh in a mouthful. it wasn't my favorite sex experience. update: we went back last night and dived. we both ordered our own combination dinner. it comes with a bark taco, cheese enchilada and fajitas with two tortillas. the fajita part was unique, I have never seen that part of a combination plate. I have grilled chicken and it tastes pretty good. they also give them queen and guacamole. I also liked the enchilada. the hard-shell taco was soft on the side that touched the plate, so I couldn't pick it up to eat it and it didn't taste the best. the service was also not the best. we will probably not return.

I was too late for lunch, the service was good, but eating is just terrible. I ordered a spinach queso as a starter, and a carne asada burrito for my main meal. the burrito came in 3 to 4 minutes, in front of the queen, it made me skeptical because they did not cook carne asada so fast. I cut the burrito, and the flesh was gray and fell, it resembled carne guisad without the taste. the server came out and turned it off for a beef burrito. the spinach queso was watery and had no spinach taste. the new burrito came out and the queen upstairs was so thin, it just ran from the burrito, I ate only the meat and the fried beans, the tortilla was gummy. the tortilla chips were stale, at least the salsa was good. the floor manager came by to check me and I let them know my problems with eating, and she realized my thinking, but didn't seem disturbed by him, what I had to know. to recap, the icy, the salsa and service were the only redeeming dinge going there.

It was just okay, probably won't order again. I have put an order online and received a text that says that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was told that they were still preparing my order. I was sitting in my car for 24 minutes and watching others take away their food. total it was 42 min to get my food. When I came home, it was cold. my cheese enchiladas were literally covered in a hard, congealed queen that had been poured over the top. I just had to microwave it to make it edible. it was a crab over a frozen evening meal.

The hostess gave a large welcoming, friendly and welcoming, the waiting staff was not the friendly, but our order came to a good time, with all ordered items at the same time. music was a bit loud in our sitting area, which was not close to the bar. as regards food quality, the queso (nacho cheese) tasted as it came from the dose, but the Taco salad and the filled avocado entrée were surprisingly pleasing. both were filled with taste, generous portions. the cheese in the filled avocado was gooey and the meat option was good. the horchata drink was also great, not as many other Tex Mexican restaurants watered. all in all, I would visit again and maybe order another adult drink next time!

Found this hidden gem taking a wrong turn. I was looking for breakfast for the family so boom, got breakfast. Food was good, eggs were a bit spongy and kind of bland in flavor. The other ingredients were good and all together it was a solid meal. The service was very helpful and kind and extremely attentive. This was a to go order so I'm a bit more lenient, it's worth another try. For now though you're a 3 star organization.
