I just got over. the girl literally ignored me when I tapped on the running thru window. I went 5 times and she ignored me. I went to the redner to talk and another girl told me it is a window near the door. it specifically said when business closed use running gear thru. do not wait as literally done as I wait half an hour on my things that the girl comes out and I asked her about the food she says I am off the watchking now she will make it there. everyone was extremely rude and mot work because it wasn't someone else there at a point. smh, I'm going to load back into these. a lot of luck over the driver
I asked for refund but they wouldn't give it back to me they just gave me a sandwich with a hard roll after the first sandwich had a scrambled egg on it and I wanted the regular round egg that comes with the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin after asking for a refund they gave me another sandwich the bottom of the Roll was still I asked for a refund because I paid in cash they said I could not because I ordered it through the mobile a app but I paid them in cash after giving me a second sandwich Card roll I asked for my money they gave me another sandwich so I gave up because I didn't want to argue no fight but I was very insatisfied even though the sandwich was better the third time
This place shouldn't get a star at ALL!!! I was just there attempting to get breakfast at 10:15. Sat in line 5 mins not moving and on 1 other car period. Told to wait when I pull up. Waited 5 more mins b4 the drive thru girl came out and told me to pull around. No order placed. She proceeds over to a car where a man awaits. I seriously believe her male companion based on the body language. Nonetheless, I proceed around to the window. Wait another 5 mins b4 I departed. As I pull around leaving the parking lot, she's still laughing and joking at the car. Meanwhile, the customer ahead is still at the last window. HORRIBLE management.
Your first impression on the drive thru is a broken, bullet-riddled screen. The staff immediately asks you to wait before you can say a word. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to return to place your order, do NOT expect the service to get any better and don't be in a rush because you will wait another 20-25 minutes waiting to pull around to pay for your food. The drive thru here is the equivalent of waiting at a restaurant to eat? Do NOT waste your time here.
