The pizza I received was extremely cold, as if it had been sitting out for over 3 hours. Even the bottom of the pizza felt cold to the touch. I had to reheat it in my oven. Additionally, the crust was mostly burnt.
The margherita pizza and stracciatella were absolutely delicious!
Usually get the Marg pizza but the pepperoni is great too!
Really disappointing Margherita pizza. Not my favorite pizza in Philly and wouldnt make my top 5 Margherita Pizzas--let alone top 5 overall pizzas. I can appreciate artisanal thin crust, but the crust itself was flavorless and charred. There were loads of air bubbles throughout--not just on the edges. The sauce had a lot left to be desired--in that there wasnt much of it. The cheese globs had hardened by time of arrival and I live fairly close to the restaurant. And the basil was sparsely sitting atop the pizza which was the most flavor I could taste. Im not usually a person to leave negative reviews but I would suggest trying another place. Maybe, Ill try the other selections and feel differently but this one wasnt it. If I have to reheat and bring out sauces and toppings to eat a $16 pizza, I think that says volumes.
