Many of the tapas you would expect, e.g. albondigas, they no longer wear. It is a good restaurant, inside a hotel that just tries to hang.
Due to the lack of personnel, our reservation was delayed or rejected by the hostess. We were confused that the reservation was confirmed. Just because our server stayed, we got great drinks.
Service was fantastic and the food was delicious. Definitely plan to come back.
Four of us went to Sabroso Soro on Saturday night. We were not all thrilled by one of the four entree selections, but we liked the appearance of ALL the tapas selections, so we ordered all of them I think they were 12. Almost everything was delicious; the vegetable dishes were perfectly cooked and very tasteful. The only disappointments were the shrimps that were blunt, and the shells that were in a sauce that was far too sweet. The octopus was perfectly cooked and seasoned, but the sweet pea puree on which it was served was not a great taste. We ordered two desserts: the Crema Catalana, who was MUCH denser when we expected it, and the donuts that were fresh from the frit and very tasty. The service was very fast when something, maybe a little too fast; we would have liked to get the dishes exaggerated instead of almost all at once. Very convenient location, although parking around City Hall can be a challenge, and the Valet is expensive. Try to find street parking or one of the garages area.
A great place for tapas, with a good variety of choices.
