Snow Ice Hot Dessert - Philadelphia

Great ice texture for both the Taiwanese shaved ice as well as the Bingsu. Soft and fluffy.HOWEVER!! Place seems unkept and more importantly Cashier had zero customer service. Cold. Felt like we were bothering her. Hate giving small business 3 stars but she killed the whole experience. Retrain or let her go.

This place serves asian snow shaved ice, it is hard to find a place like this in the city. The interior is very cute and well decorated. They have a variety of different types of asian snow shaved ice. Came here on a Monday night around 9PM with a couple of friends. We ordered the matcha one and the mango one. We wanted to order the milk tea one but unfortunately they ran out of boba!They didn't seem to be so happy that we were rolling in so late lol, but regardless both were still good. Both were not too sweet which was good!

Ample seating and clean but bad service.the mango bingsu we got was also just okay. had high hope for this place but was disappointed.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic! I visited 10 months ago and would highly recommend it for anyone with a sweet tooth. However, the seating area is not very inviting and the atmosphere is a bit gloomy. The staff also didn't interact much with customers. Despite these flaws, it's still a great place overall.
