These absolute crooks run a ghost kitchen and pretend to sell Pho. They should be shut down. The liquid they pretend is pho broth is just glorified water from the sink after they do dishes. They must prepare the bag of sprouts weeks in advance because they were black and rotting. If they operate their ghost kitchen like this then their front of house kitchen can be no better. Avoid it like the plague
