I called per the instructions on the email. The lady that answered the phone seemed pleasant until I mentioned I was a curbside customer. After the biggest audible sigh that could be heard through the phone, she says, We are slammed right now, we will get it out to you when we can. Look, I understand, I work in customer service and have since 1995. That doesn't mean you show your stressed or overwhelmed to your customers. It's unprofessional. To IHOP, don't offer curbside, if your staff is unable to do handle and be respectful. It is simple. So annoying when people act like it's the end of world because you have a curbside order. Had my chemo not been delayed for two weeks in a row because I have almost no immunity, I would have went in to grab it myself. Not all of us are lazy people doing curbside, some of us are sick and still would like to enjoy your food. Smh!!
Isaac, our server made us feel welcome and even though it was packed busy on a Saturday morning, we were seated and served promptly.
