Chipotle Washington St - Phoenix

The food is always served hot and delicious. The portions are very generous and leave me feeling satisfied.

The quality of the order is unacceptable! My food arrived smashed, with a big slice of cheese on top of my burrito bowl. Furthermore, my guacamole container was only half full. I was disappointed and expected better.

I was unable to finish my salad at this restaurant due to the large amount of fat and gristle in the steak. Additionally, I did not receive guacamole with my stale chips, which might have been for the best considering the previous orders of guac looked like they had been sitting on the shelf for at least a day. On a positive note, the bottle of black tea was good. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this Chipotle location again.

Dont know if it was the dashers or stores fault but, the second bag to our order was not delivered. Then, the Burrito and Bowl that we ordered with brown rice was replaced with white rice, no guacomole for either, and no sour cream inthe burrito. The chicken was slightly burnt but still good. If you order from this place, just expect your order to be altered.

The burrito arrived cold and kinda gross, this store is too busy for doordash, order from somewhere else
