This place has the rude owner, manager I've ever seen... I mean! On two separate occasions, they added over $50 in false fees to my credit card that is not mine. I tried to show the obvious mistake, and the manager actually upset me. The interior, the kitchen and the bathroom are absolutely dirty and the food is all fried or from a can. I recently decided to give them another chance because they are so close. Unfortunately, after receiving my food (big frozen fish), I waited for another 45 minutes for the waitress to bring me a plate and cutlery. She totally ignored us and flew with the table next to us. When she finally brought me a fork and plate, my fish was cold and indelible. A few days later, I discovered that the waitress had loaded other table drinks on my card. This happened to me twice in the last few months with George and the Dragon, and a friend of mine said they did the same with him recently. When I discovered what happened, I went in and asked myself to talk to the owner and manager about my worries. You told me he didn't care that I had to wait so long and that I had to pay for everything, and the manager actually squeezed me out. No one has apologised or even seemed to care for their customer service. Bottom line, with tons of other big bars competing for your company not disturbing your time / money to waste with this place when there are many other FRIENDLY places that actually appreciate your business and treat you like an estimated customer. There is an amazing Irish pub on the street that is a thousand times better that this garbage.
AVOID like the PLAGUE!! Decided to check this place and ignore the bad reviews about the terrible service. BIG MISTAKE! This place has the WORST bartenders of every institution I've ever been. Our blonde bartender took our order forever, and was the most unfriendly person I found in the food industry. Very bad. We were so horrified and withdrawn from this horrific attitude, we left the place after our first order, not even disturbing to take a swallow of our drinks. Of course, Icing was on the cake when we came out after this initial interaction and this blond bartender called my wife a C**T! Not only did it whisper under her breath, but she cried after us when we went out. Due to this disgusting behavior, some of us asked to complain to the manager, but he did not seem to care much. Must sleep with her or something, although I cannot fathom, why (let just say her mood was a perfect match for her outer appearance). Bottom line, wIth the addition of the light rail and tons of other bars compete for your company not disturbing your time / money to waste with this place when they are many other FRIENDLY places that actually appreciate the business that you bring them and do not offend their customers.

This place has the rudest owner, manager I have ever seen… I mean ever! On TWO separate occasions, they added over $50+ in false charges to my credit card that did not belong to me. I tried to point out the obvious error and the manager actually cussed me out. The interior, kitchen and bathrooms are absolutely filthy and the food is all fried or out of a can. I recently decided to give them one more chance because they are so close. Unfortunately, after I received my food (greasy frozen fish), I waited another 45 minutes for the waitress to bring me a plate and silverware. She totally ignored us and was busy flirting and drinking with the table next to ours. When she finally brought me a fork and plate, my fish was cold and inedible. A couple days later, I discovered the waitress had charged another tables’ drinks to my card.
