Rosati's Pizza - Phoenix

The food at this restaurant made me ill. I usually love pizza, but this particular one did not sit well with me. I also ordered appetizers, but they forgot to make them. I ended up waiting 45 minutes past the expected time for my food to be ready. I do not plan on returning to this place and will be sure to share my negative experience with others.

I appreciate that this restaurant is family-owned and operated, originating from Chicago. Although it was a bit pricey and they did not accept my Groupon, I was happy to support a black-owned business.

I was extremely impressed by this restaurant!! Despite a wait for pickup orders on Friday, it was well worth it. Firstly, the woman at the front was incredibly busy but she handled everything with ease and was still friendly and provided excellent customer service. Secondly, the meal I had was the most delicious I've ever eaten! I ordered the Italian beef sandwich with fries and sweet and hot peppers on the side, and it was truly amazing. I usually eat slowly and can't finish my entire plate, but I devoured it in record time because it was so good. Thanks to the woman and her daughter who worked on Friday evening, keep up the fantastic work! You're doing an amazing job!

I called 45 minutes after ordering, waiting on hold for 9 minutes until I said enough is enough and just drove to the restaurant. NOT my first rodeo with this location.Of course my husband got the run around and all the excuses in the world on why our pizza isn’t done.8:35 pm he asked how much longer. They told him that it got delivered to someone for a delivery and would take an hour and half to remake our order.I’ve worked in the restaurant and customer service industries… This is NOT how to run a business!Third mess up is the charm!Fool me one time shame on you!Fool me twice, can't put the blame on you!Fool me three times, peace signs!We will never be returning to this location. Until there is new owners. Corporate will be contacted to inform them how this franchise location is ran. Very very sad!

First time at this location, waited an extra 45 minutes for my order. Ordered a meatball sub, received a chicken parm instead. Pizza sat in hot box at least 30 min while I waited for my sandwich and pasta. Not thrilled.
