The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and we loved the decor. Overall, we had a great time and despite the distance, we are considering becoming regulars at this restaurant.
Oh my goodness! I tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and the food was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy. The staff were friendly and efficient. The portions were large and the prices were great. I loved reading the cool story on their website. I can't wait to come back!
During our visit to Phoenix, we dined at this restaurant for both dinner on Monday and lunch on Wednesday. The loaded fries were amazing, especially the spicy feta fries. My husband, who didn't like gyros before, enjoyed the gyromeat here. The Chipotle pita and chicken schwarma were also delicious. The pesto hummus, traditional hummus, and pita were excellent. The falafel was really good as well. Overall, I don't think you can go wrong with any dish here. I wish there was a location in Las Vegas, NV.
My mother, sister and I stayed here for lunch, as we were looking for all Greek food and were so enthusiastic about every aspect of food and service. Our gyros were seasoned and cooked for perfection and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The Baklava was the best we ever had. We will definitely come back here in the future!
We were surprised by the size of the restaurant... long and narrow, but each inch used effectively. As an appetizer, we had the Saganaki that was delicious. The portion size I am used is square and dense, so the presentation was different than it was basically flat melted cheese on the cast iron counter. No problem. You serve it with Pita bread, so you can put the gooey, melted cheese and put it on a wedge of Pita. Mmmmm. We both had a Pita sandwich that I tried the Chipotle Gyro with the steamed gyro meat. After trying a bite of my companion grilled gyro meat, I'll have it right away. The chipotle with the gyroscope was a new taste experience for me and I am so grateful that I tried. Excellent. My dinner companion had the traditional Chicago Gyro I think that is what it was called) and not disappointed. Tangy tzatziki sauce with grilled meat, onions and tomatoes on warm Pita bread, you can not go wrong! We decided to make one of the sandwiches a combo with French pommes. The portion size was more than enough for two. From where we live, it is not close, but worth the ride!
