Contribuer aux commentairesThe food is not the highest of quality however that doesn 't stop the fact that every time I go I eat non stop for 2 hours. Yakitori, yellow tail, and the cutlets are amazing. They have a good variety and the the workers work hard. Great spot to meet with friends.Food: 3/5
I ordered 64 pieces of sushi plus miso soup. All the employees were highly respectful and complied to my order. The food is better than anywhere else and I tipped a little over 30% to compensate them for my huge appetite.I suppose for atmosphere the music could be turned down a little and the lighting slightly brighter. Excellent place anyway. Best food ever.
Updated review post COVID, 2023:About par for an all you can eat sushi place. The menu has shrunk some, and the quality for the food preparation has definitely gone down my sashimi was mostly badly hacked chunks of fish, rather than thin sources cut on a bias, and just plunked on clumps of spiralized daikon. Someone did arrange my tamago into cute little hearts tho!Service was good but language can still be a barrier. They were very good about accommodating my food intolerances and answering menu questions. The atmosphere is still pleasant, the place has been fairly well kept up and the murals still look nice.Would still recommend for a casual meal, but more for the quantity than quality.Original review, circa 2017: Well above par for an all you can eat sushi place, would definitely recommend for a night out, a business lunch or a casual date. The cost is very low and while the menu is not extensive the quality is decent. I visited for a casual weekend lunch, by myself.Ambience: excellent! The murals are very well done, and very pleasing to the eye. The place was nicely decorated and outfitted it's obvious someone with taste had both style and comfort in mind when putting the place together.Food: surprisingly good. Overall the quality is good fish was fresh and flavourful, tempura was light and crispy, sauces did not drown their dishes. The miso was a little bland for my taste, and the quality of the rice a little uneven (some had a lot of sushi vinegar, some had very little) but was nice and fresh. Presentation was also surprisingly good there were little touches that showed a nice attention to detail.Service: very friendly, but for some there was a language barrier and they are not as familiar with standard American table service standards and expectations as they could be however, the staff's pleasant demeanor more than made up for it. When I came in, the chefs were not busy and kindly made an amuse bouche for me a nice little veggie salad, which just the right amount of a creamy spicy dressing.
The Sushi was incredible for all you care made to order sushi. The Sashimi was so fresh. The rolls were of higher quality as well. Just as good as a la carte. The service was great and friendly. I didn't wait very long for my food. They made a few suggestions for me. I would recommend only ordering about 3 rolls before you order more because they will charge for leftover food. I would go easy on the cream cheese rolls towards the end of the meal because they feel very heavy when you feel very full. I highly recommend this place. I will be back.
This place is the only place I go to for sushi anymore and I have been visiting almost every week for 2 years. The service is always amazing, as is the food. The all you can eat lunch is absolutely fantastic as the value for what you can get is insane. I always order a chicken soba noodle soup, miso soup, chicken yakitori, teriyaki salmon, hot green tea, edamame, eel cucumber roll, tempura, and finish the meal with the most delicious green tea ice cream I've ever had (I have to get the ice cream EVERY TIME, its so good). Everything I've tried here is fantastic. If you love sushi and Japanese food, I definitely recommend coming in for lunch. If you'd like a wider variety of menu items they have a larger dinner menu for more .
