Wendy's - Phoenix

If they want to see how people get up in the mud can, they simply go through wendy's car. whondy doesn't care, or they're gonna lock the ****. not impressed after talking to 2 managers. food: 1/5

Today I went to the lunch in Wendy’s, I don’t live here, so it’s okay that I will never come back. I waited for a little long in the driveway, which makes me nothing, because it is lunch when I took up a girl, commanded, throwing in the ice under her, touching her face and hat, touching the screaming before her. as a former almost food worker I was never allowed and always redirected and led, as men scrubbing in the ice. there are a lot of bacteria on the hands on their face and in their hair that they put in the ice on these tassen that they serve the people. tries to call the load and no one answers. Hopefully, management can train better. also got a bbq burger when I ordered a jr cheeseburger, now I am disgusting and sad

Complete disrespect! I went to the door while a hired person spoke to someone else, wait respectfully while they spoke to go to the door, but after they were finished talking. I went about the bar, which is right on the door, a hired man just closed the door. the door ended locked so that I went around the building to the other door, and it was still locked. the lobby was full of people who the hired just looked at me while I waited at the door that was locked that no eye contact with me was lost. complete disrespect for customers! they could at least say that the lobby is closed or we close the lobby instead of closing the door in my face!

I haven't been to a wendy for a long time. I noticed that there was a sign that spoke about a shortage of letters, and the staff was right on it! they explained it and gave us options. I love eating fast restaurants that can answer to their menu and all these employees were extremely on the point. the meal was right immediately without confusion, and our waiting time was not even so long. and to round it off, it was delicious. the big kudos to this wendy’s over from the Metro Center.

Do not buy food here after 8pm the food is always cold. Cold fries. Cold chicken nuggets. Every damn time. We live a mile away. If I wanted to have to warm my food up why would I be ordering fast food in the first place. Always take at least 2 minutes after pulling up just to acknowledge you’re there.
