Absolutely fantastic tavern! I was able to taste typical Emilian dishes which were truly excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!!
I ate really well, excellent to say the least, on the ham and onion tagliatelle. Abundant and perfect dish. The friggione and the fried cream are delicious. Another Oscar-winning dish is trifle. Last but not least, the kindness of the person who welcomes and serves your tables
I go there with friends when I want to enjoy an evening with the intimacy of family. I am Bolognese and I had a Bolognese grandmother and I confirm that both the first and second courses, especially the rabbit, are made with the sacred trappings. It is okay for some dishes on the menu to run out, in fact this is a sign that it was good and above all that it was cooked to the extent deemed appropriate on the day. Those who want an assembly line restaurant with everything always ready and quick and perhaps spending less than they should, go to the many you can eat or large chains, where the quality and courtesy of two women who manage it alone and put their heart into it there is not. Ah, to end on a high note, don't leave the fried cream there.
Everything was excellent, fast and attentive service, generous portions and delicious food like it used to be. A particular mention for the panna cotta, the best I've ever eaten.
