The price is not worth going out anymore. Really 28.87 for two number 7 med. Sloppy made, smashed on top . FF have gotten tinner . I can get more for less money at KFC and Waffle House

Brad the manager has no customer service etiquette. My wife Waited for 20 minutes and when I called Brad and asked him what was happening with the order he said that?s about right and hung up.

It's Mc Donald's, what do you really expect? The drive thru line was out to front of building and not moving. So dropped wife off and I got 4 subs made in the time it took to get 2 chicken nugget meals for kids.

Today's visit and poor service was the last straw. I placed a mobile order and when my order was brought to my car I was told the drink I purchased was not available. The young man that brought me my order quickly asked what I wanted instead and before Icould answer he's walking away. I had to yell loudly what I wanted as he entered the building. I then waited, at least 4minutes, and still no drink. I then proceeded to go inside to ask where my drink was. Oh...here it is. At that time my food wasgetting cold and so I no longer wanted my meal or the drink. It was as if I was bothering them. I asked for a refund, which Iwas quickly given. Also, my food was horrible, the McChicken was smashed and the fries were over cooked, they were very hard.This was the third time in two weeks I've had a problem with my order from this location. My husband and I did a mobile orderand pulled into the curbside slot. We waited 8 minutes and still no sign of our order. I called the restaurant and asked whereour curbside order was. Oh, let me check, oh, here it is, we will be right out with it. It was another 4 minutes before ourorder was delivered. The person bringing it out didn't smile, gave us a half hearted (insincere apology) and hurried backinside. A few days before that, I did a mobile order for curbside pickup and I waited over 7 minutes before pulling through thedrive thru. I am done ordering food at this location, and so are the rest of my family. It's a little further of a drive to goto the one in Easley but I will try that one from now on.

Always get my order right, and they are fast! What else could you ask?
