Bojangles - Pigeon Forge

EXTREMLY SLOW SERVICE. Staff doesn't seem to care if you're there or not. Waisted my time here. Won't be back.

Never had, but glad I did. Little heat to the chicken but not overwhelming. Most try fried chicken.

Drive thru service was quick, there was no line when we arrived. was greeted immediately. Person took order, answered a couple of questions. Food was piping hot and ready when we got to the window. bo-berry biscuit was the reason we chose this place for dinner and the person at the window was happy to ensure they were fresh for us.

This location wasn't as good as the others I've visited. Biscuits sat under a heat lamp too long going by the taste and texture.

Slow slow slow. Waiting over 35m for simple chicken. Place is dirty; napkins, crumbs on floors.
