Pizza Hut - Pigeon Forge

Gave us cheese pizza we ordered supreme quests my fault for not checking but to far up in mountain to go back

We ordered from this Pizza Hut because it was a few feet from our hotel. We ordered a 3 topping pizza. The ingredients were not what we ordered. They sent me a text saying the pizza was out for delivery. It was over an hour before the pizza was delivered, even though we were almost next door. It was very cold! This was our worst experience ever from a pizza hut!

The buffet had limited hours and lacked variety. We were pleasantly surprised when more pizza was brought out as we were about to leave. Unfortunately, there was no salad bar available. Overall, we felt that CiCi's Pizza would be a better option.

There were not very many common pizzas up on the bar (like pepperoni and sausage etc). There were a lot of weird combinations that I didn't really care for.

Love the fact there is an open sitdown Pizza Hut. Nothing against the people who work there, it's just not like Pizza Hut used to be. Sorry.
