Sbarro - Pineville

Second visit and second great experience. Manager John, who waited for me both times, was to do with customers that I have regular names. Had a great atmosphere and could really say that he had sincere care for every customer. It'll be my regular lunch break when I work in the area.

My fiancé and I went here for a little bite today before we shop. Immediately we were not impressed! The cashier did not welcome us for beginners. When we finally decided what we wanted, I said?hey! How are you? No answer to her end, just lift an eyebrow and annoying energy. Whatever. What made us extremely disgusting was to observe that one of the employees throw shredded cheese in a container to use with his BARE hands. No gloves! Then the same guy continued to cut a pizza without gloves. Touch the crust. They would think to prevent the sanitary protocol breaking and avoid Covid exposure, they would have gloves. Never eat here again! Avoid in any case if you do not want food poisoning.

Food is good, but the service sucks. The lady burned my Stromboli and didn't put the sauce on the side as I asked. Then made an rude comment. The guys are rude too

I love this place but I am giving them 2 stars because of a GrubHub issue. I earned a perk discount with them after spending $100 and when I tried to use that perk that I earned the store rejected my order every time or said they didn't receive it. This happened 3 times. I reported them to GrubHub. They have awesome strombolis and pizza, so definitely try if you are there. Just don't order because of a perk because they will cancel on you every time.
