China- Canton - Pinneberg

The food was very good, but the service was totally inattentive. It's hard to see. Recalling is a good thing.

30 years ago, this restaurant was one of the best Chinese in Pinneberg County. No doubt! The WAR time!Today, for a decade, we had been there, one looks at a ripe interior that has now fallen completely out of time. There the owner may complain so much here in his answers that the money lacks for a renovation, it does not change the facts. The aquarium is more than limit value!The food: pork crispy fried, presumably a sweet-saure soup. Sauer yes, sharp too, but an absolute failure to what sweet-sour actually means in China. When I eat crispy pork, I don't expect anything that is served on a dish with sauce and roots and onions, but which is served separately. Otherwise it becomes pampering from crispy within minutes! By the way, pork was almost just panade. Great, because in shopping there are better TK qualities to buy, also in the China specialist trade. Conclusion: If you want to eat authentic Chinese, fresh, with friendly and non-indifferent staff, may try your luck elsewhere! Despite decades of seemingly puffed-up card, this restaurant has long since passed its former Zenith. Two stars!

The chicken meat sweet-sour was extremely sharp when there were peperoni, and in addition, one piece of plastic was included in one of 4 foods. Unfortunately experienced a very unfriendly operation (it seemed to be the boss). A meal was ok, the appetizer (soup) and the second meal were inedible.
