Moghul Express Piscataway

We came in and were told that it is Mithaas only, just the name has changed. The Mithaas special Chhole Bhature were terrible. Chhole were tasteless and the Bhature were stale, just microwave heated. I would suggest not coming here to have Mithaas items!

Had a very positive experience here. Came here for late lunch on Saturday. to start we had the Samosa which was really good as a light appetizer and really good green and tamirn chutney. for main course we ordered dosa. The dosa was really good and came with even more amazing chutneys. they very friendly wait staff helped us eat the dosa. The other main course that we had was the Delhi Butter chicken which had really great flavor and came with really good basmati rice. We also order a side of the Garlic naan which was cooked to perfection and had the perfect amount of Garlic and butter. had a really good time at Mogul Express and will definitely be returning soon.

Very Rude, unprofessional Manager. Worst experience. Stale food. I was told that they use same oil for veg and non veg food. They charge gratuity(18% and 3% credit card convenience fees on top of their higher charges for each dish for stale food. They consider Moghul express is a high end Indian rest and that's why they charge 15% gratuity and 3% convenience fee if you pay via credit card. They use very cheap ingredients. We shouldn't allow them to charge us gratuity and/or credit card convenience fee. Boycott Moghul express. They cook veg and non veg food in the same oil. Manager is uneducated, unprofessional and very rude. Avoid going to any Moghul Express. They cheat their customers. They don't serve fresh food. Disappointment at Moghul express piscataway. Combination of rude behavior, Stale food, rip off, cheating.15% gratuity, 3% convenience fees for paying via credit card. Boycott Moghul Express Piscataway, Edison and Franklin Park. Many high end American restaurants charge gratuity for larger groups. This restaurant, staff and service is below average. Avoid going to this Moghul Express. Air conditioning doesn't work. They don't offer student discount if student decides to dine in there with family. They are cheating customers. Very rude, unprofessional, uneducated manager tells his customers that he is the owner of this place. Let's make sure that they go out of business.

I want to give 1 star to the phone operator who is utterly rude and has 0 sense to speak to customers.

Newly renovated looking very nice. Service was fast and efficient. And food was great! Not over the top oily and extra spicy like so many other Indian places. Would recommend!
