Great ice... but the prices just go on. 6 dollar for a little is a little steep.

The “ice cream” from here was not the best. I asked for 1 and asked to mix it into a little more than usual. I didn't want everything to be in a place. the girl that made it didn't even seem to care. she was more concerned about talking to the other workers. When I was kicked out, they tried to charge me for more ice creams than I got. the personal here really needs more attention to what it does. lobby area was a chaos with müll on the floor and müllhaufen outside. I could understand if they were busy, but she won't.

The staff here are impolite. I ordered two ice creams and when I went to pay, the employee was standing there chatting instead of focusing on their work. After I left, I discovered that I had items in my order that I didn't ask for. I had only ordered chocolate ice cream with no mix-ins. When I went back to get it fixed, the employee gave me attitude about it. They need to train their staff better or hire new employees with better customer service skills. I will not be returning after the way I was treated.

I adore this restaurant. It was a delight to choose and mix my own flavors and textures. The dishes are creamy, flavorful, and absolutely delightful on the palate. The portion sizes are generous as well.

The ice cream I got wasn 't even frozen. It was served soupy and had giant cookie dough globs. Not to mention the knats and flies all over and around the topings containers.
