Domino's Pizza - Pittsburgh

Seems a lot of negative reviews for this place. It’s Dominoes,..greasy lower quality bar food that’s convenient. Honestly not sure what some peoples expectations are. I have recently ordered delivery here twice and I honest enjoyed everything I have tried and delivery driver “Santosh” was super fast both times. My only complaints were my wings were really tiny the first time I ordered. The second time I ordered wings, they were much bigger but not really crispy and certainly needed an extra minute in oven/frier. I live next to a high end pizza place in strip but still have cravings for bar food like this from time to time and will certainly keep ordering from here.

If I couldn't give them any stars. The order was wrong about the fact that the Steak-Hoagies, which we had revived instead of the Italian Huagies, were burned to a sharp and unbeatable. I love Dominos but I don't order this place. The only good thing was that my money was refunded because the delivery driver did not want to return our order. What a joke.

A medium pizza ordered at 11:00. Said it would come at 11:40. We wait till 12, call them, they say it's for delivery. 12:10 We get a notification that the pizza is delivered. Check the door, it's nowhere to find. Call the store again, they hang up immediately and don't pick up any more of our calls. We stole our pizza. Full waste of money.

We ordered a middle pizza and a drink at 11:45. The worker after he was bruised to speak louder, while I said my card number as loud as possible, our order would only take 45 minutes to get to our hotel half a mile away. It is now good over half an hour and we haven't got our pizza yet. I had high hopes that it would not be as bad as the average reviews it seemed, but not order from this place if you are hungry and want something fast. The one star is for the employee who answered when I called back and was nice to ask about the status of our order.
