Contribuer aux commentairesMy stars are for Ryan to make the food because he was pretty nice, but the two ladies at the counter were incredibly rude and unreasonable and earn no stars. I asked what was in a Green Passion smoothie and she remained impatiently screaming? Green tea? Finally, I said the smoothie is made of green tea? And she said no?, then took a few minutes to find it in the system, then could?t work the mixer. There were some other annoying incidents with my sandwich and overall my experience was pretty bad. For the prices they charge in this place, the customer service is a real shame.
New ordering devices do not work and lady at the switch was very unprofessional. The girl who made the food was very polite.
I have tried several times to give this location a second (and third) chance, but every time something important is missing from my order. A few months ago it was the egg of my breakfast sandwich. Today it was the chicken from my salad. Really frustrating and eating is already overpriced, so without the protein it is even more ridiculous. And if you try to get money back, etc., Panera customer service is a joke. They'll leave you alone for so long that you'll give up at some point. When you get through, they will tell you that they add rewards to your card to make the mistake, but then they will never add it. So I'm officially done with this place.
Always a delightful experience! You have the option to order your meal the traditional way at the counter with the cashier, or you can quickly place an order at the kiosk, which is super easy. The staff is consistently friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. The food is fresh and served hot, and I rarely have to wait long. I find myself coming here a few times a week!
The management frequently instigates arguments with staff and customers alike, showing a complete inability to effectively manage the restaurant. Their day seems to consist of yelling and making mistakes, then blaming everyone else, even the customers. To make matters worse, there’s mold on the ceiling and active leaks. The food is overpriced for mediocre frozen soups, and the atmosphere is tense, largely due to the management. It’s surprising that the outdoor seating isn't used more often—it provides a welcome escape from the uncomfortable indoor environment. It makes sense that many customers prefer curbside service to avoid interacting with the management altogether. I strongly advise against giving this place your business. They need either competent management or to be shut down entirely. Dolly and Abby deserve promotions, while the managers should be fired or demoted.
