Waited in line for nearly an hour today and the line was only maybe 40 people? I don't understand why the line moves so slowly here, but today was exceptionally...

Average bagels, but for Pittsburgh they're probably the best you'll find. I still can't believe you cannot order a bagel toasted.

Best bagels I've ever had! Great coffee and rugelach, too. The staff is sweet, skilled, and efficient and the customers were a cute mix of folks.

Only had bagels here once.. went back 2 or 3 other times and went to get in line.. and was at least 50 ppl in line the first time and roughly 100+ ppl yesterday...
