Big miscommunication when I called them and asked about the free kids personal pan pizza from the library’s Summer Reading Program. They said they accepted them but then when I went to pay, they wouldn’t take them but offered me 20% off. I wasn’t going to argue so I just paid for them even though it was suppose to be free.
My food arrived a half hour after the scheduled time. It was cold and was all over the box. Had to microwave it to eat my $46 order. I called the restaurant and the mgr was on another call. I left my information and said that I would like to discuss my order. I am still waiting for a very unprofessional manager to call me back. I guess Pizza Hut dont care about my business, they already got my money.
We like the bread sticks better at this Pizza Hut so even though we have a Pizza Hut in our town we drive north. However the reason I am writing in, is because of the staff. Mainly the manager Micheal. I think he has super management skills. A delivery went bad. He didn’t embarrass his employee, when he returned. He told him that something went wrong. The driver explained himself, Micheal patiently listened. He calmly spoke to his employee, wasn’t ridiculing, didn’t raise his voice, it was just “ OK TOMORROW is another day and we will figure things out. You get a good nights rest and we got this tomorrow!” Kind of inspiring talk. I will be back to the north Muskegon Pizza Hut again soon. I like to see managers still have the authority but knows how to keep it professional and pleasant for the workers. Thank you North Muskegon.
Being there was a large power outage and they had limited Internet I think they were doing an awesome job.
