Pagliacci's - Plainville

If you loved Nino's in Waterbury and miss it like my husband and I did for more than 1yr. The chefs are all here same food, great service, and Rita is here hosting. Delicious Ninos meals and atmosphere.

Love their pizzas, the cheese, the crust..... it's always consistent. Bar Stool should do a review. Highly recommend!!!

We've been to Pagliacci's lots of times and have always had good experiences. The food is great.Recently, we ordered takeout and they gave us the wrong thing. I called and they confirmed the error but insisted we needed to drive back to get a refund. The manager on the phone said it was their policy, as anyone could call and get a refund just by saying the order wasn't correct. When I arrived, the manager didn't even make eye contact while processing the refund. The staff next to her apologized for the inconvenience and I was on my way.In short Good food, but customer service needs improvement.
