Adornetto's Pizza - Playa del Carmen

'been livin 10 yrs in playa and after so many years of deception they finally reached the floor! I called for a delivery and warned them 10 times on the phone-i speak perfect Spanish - that this is the last time I called when this happened again, but they assured me that the order was free when the pizza was cold and not well cooked. and guess? they did it! pizza was frozen cold and not badly baked! I don't need to cook farando supposedly manager of the place tell him what happened and not only after 1 hour he refused to let me the pizza free, but he called me a lyier, called me bad words say he didn't need customers like me, as if he would do me a favor and told the supplier to load me the pizza or send it back not to keep it word. they have a loooot to learn how to deal with customers. I'm so happy you don't need my money! so they save their money and energy and call them zaffaroni instead! it is 10 times a better pizza and it is a 100% Italian give them this advice

I have eaten and ordered pizzas from adornettos real ibiza for years. I really enjoy her pizza, but yesterday I had one of the biggest disappointments. it poured rain so my man and I decided it was not fair for the supplier who drives. a motorcycle to be in this weather. it wasn't safe. So I called and asked if I could command one. they said it was not possible, as people order and never pick up their food. I understood and went to the square. When I was there, it took almost 5 minutes to take my order because she spoke to her employees. I waited patiently. she was rude while she took the command with a posture. I honestly didn't understand why, but who am I to judge someone's mood. I waited for my pizza, which lasted longer than usual because they were still involved in their conversation. I sat on a table at the door because I had covered my tiny welpe with me in cover and it rained outside. I was practically out of the restaurants since I knew I had the dog. it was as if I were sitting on the tables they had on the pavement. when they have my food, it still poured, so I asked for a few placats and the supplier denied them to us. So we opened our pizza and started eating it out of the box. He asked us to go because we had the dog that was practically out. I understood and tried to explain my man, and the supplier was somehow aggressive and stood angry at my man, when he explained that from respect for him we did not deliver the order that this guy came closer to him with his chest out and being honest, I thought he would be hitting man and said in an rude voice, you cannot see that I am already wet. we left the place. with sadness we know that we live her, but we don't come back. that is not the one to treat people. that's aggression and it's not right.

Cada vez que me vienen a visitar a Playa unos amigos, no puedo no invitarlos a probar esa buenísima pizza de calidad muy buena...recomiendo la caprichosa....wowowowo
