The guy at the drive thru was hilarious and super nice. The food was awful though.

I got the wrong order and kara the manager said they had a new person training and I told her it 's okay I 'm not mad I was just wondering if I could get it remade and she said it 'll be a min and when I get it back and drove off i overheard her say I hate him I hate him even tho I wasn 't upset that I got the wrong order, not the first time I had an issue with her

How can a place fail over, and over, and over again and still be in business? My mobile app order was repeatedly canceled within 2 mins of placing it. I will no longer go to pick up food here as it takes WELL OVER AN HOUR for the food to come out. This place should close if they can't improve. There is a great taco place right up the road in bspa where the food comes out in 5-10 mins and is cheaper.

My drive-through order was the other day at the Malta NY location. It was horrible, missing items, overcooked, worst ever.
