Pop-in Chicken - Plymouth

I received cold, tough and dry chicken that must have been sitting for a while before being served. It arrived within 5/10 minutes of ordering, but the quality was horrible.

We had the rib meal and the hot n kickin chicken burger arrived hot and on time, both meals very tasty will definitely order again and totally recommend

Excellent food, excellent service, cant fault any of it, had the spare ribs lush, other half had hot and kicking boneless box he too enjoyed his meal, will be going back again soon

The food arrived two hours after ordering and was cold. When I called to inquire about the delay, the person on the phone dismissed my concerns, stating that the food had left an hour ago and should still be warm. When I called back, the owner, a surly older man, accused me of lying and banned me from the restaurant. My family was upset and hungry, and I was extremely angry. I will never dine at this establishment again. Customer service is crucial.

Fantastic for money ! Staff are ok and helpful no smiles but that’s ok) Ribs -chicken combs are fantastic !
