The burgers are delicious, but they could be assembled better. It feels like they were hastily thrown together, and the meat is significantly smaller than the bun. Additionally, I experienced some discomfort with homeless individuals approaching my car while I was in the drive-thru.

The sourdough burger was incredible, and the fries were genuinely fresh and warm.

While I was at the store, I noticed the employee only put two napkins in the bag. When I asked for some extra napkins, he handed me two more and said he couldn’t give me any additional ones. I just spent over $13 and can’t even get extra napkins! I’d recommend avoiding this place and going across the street to Jack in the Box—it's half the price!

Wayyyyy too expensive! Less than average customer service on their best day. Drinks had no syrup as usual. Fries were lukewarm as usual. Gave an extra star because the burgers at least tasted decent? $15 dollars for a 1 patty drive thru burger insane.

This location does not answer phone calls and lies about product availability to certain customers I feel this location should be audited very unprofessional management how isn?t there going to no milkshakes available this is a popular item and ifrefrigerator/freezer was broken it should have been fixed immediately or when I was present I should have seen a technicianrepairing if this treatment continues I will investigate also they are putting little Oreo in shakes then I get overcharged forsimply requesting less ice cream more Oreo I would like to be accommodated for product and taste plus the waste of gas and timewhile they still not answering their phones after reporting to Franchise
