Burgers are tasty but poorly put together. Slapped together, meat is way smaller than the bun. And homeless people literally coming up to your window at the drive through.

The food sourdough burger was Amazing and the fries were Actually Fresh and warm

It never fails every time I try to order what I want this branch is out of something I want to order! Unfortunately this the only Carl's jr near me. Last time they were out of sourdough buns so I had to settle for a regular bun, then tonight I wanted toupgrade my sourdough star combo with crisscut fries, but they were out of! Then I asked for no 1000 island, but keep the mayo!When I went home and ate the burger it was dry!!!! While at the store I noticed that the guy only put 2 napkins in the bag, so Isaid can I please get some extra napkins he handed me 2 more and stated he couldn't give me any more! I just spent over $13 andcannot even get extra napkins! Avoid this place and goe across the street to jack in the box it's half the price

Wayyyyy too expensive! Less than average customer service on their best day. Drinks had no syrup as usual. Fries were lukewarm as usual. Gave an extra star because the burgers at least tasted decent? $15 dollars for a 1 patty drive thru burger insane.

This location does not answer phone calls and lies about product availability to certain customers I feel this location should be audited very unprofessional management how isn?t there going to no milkshakes available this is a popular item and ifrefrigerator/freezer was broken it should have been fixed immediately or when I was present I should have seen a technicianrepairing if this treatment continues I will investigate also they are putting little Oreo in shakes then I get overcharged forsimply requesting less ice cream more Oreo I would like to be accommodated for product and taste plus the waste of gas and timewhile they still not answering their phones after reporting to Franchise
