This is the first review I’ve ever done but I felt it needed to be said. Got food from here for dinner, the honey chicken when I first got it didn’t taste right, I could only eat about 2 pieces. The seaweed in the miso soup was mushy. The chicken teriyaki was drowned in teriyaki, a few pieces of chicken and a pool of teriyaki. Then I woke up the next morning with belly cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. I would give 0 stars if I could.
The togo orders are always fresh, fast, and 100% correct. They always give us extra condiments and take care of us. The prices are very good because the orders are large. They've worked hard to stay open throughout the pandemic and we appreciate them. Thank you
In a time where we know restaurants are struggling, I'm weary to post something negative against one, especially a small business. However, in this case, I simply must be honest. The food was just not good. The miso soup had a soapy taste to it and the honey chicken was dry, all the sauce was in two small containers and just not very flavorable. I ordered fried rice but it was similar to hibachi rice and heavily seasoned with I'm assuming teriyaki. The PoBoy roll wasn't bad, but the spicy Mayo simply tasted like a lot of Mayo and a splash of Sriracha. The prices on the menu are all being upcharged $1, which is fine unless you are ordering to go and don't see the sign on the window. There is no table service, only outdoor seating after you pick up at the window. My spouse did enjoy the pepper steak, but for Chinese food everything was really pricey. I understand things are hard on small businesses, but unfortunately the food was not very palatable.
Great food and amazing portions for the price. Highly recommend.
