Starbucks - Ponderay

I really love this Starbucks! The staff always brightens my day. Elijah is consistently nice and friendly, and his positive attitude inspires me to make the most of each day.

I just watched the barista serve five cars while I waited inside for seven minutes for a doppio. This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

The restaurant consistently offers a wide variety of creative and enjoyable drinks, and the staff is always friendly, cheerful, and full of enthusiasm! My kids really enjoy the little treats they provide, which are just the right size for rewarding good behavior. Additionally, I’m a big fan of their metal cups. I've been using my pink metal Starbucks cup for ice water for years. It keeps my drink cold without causing too much condensation on the outside. Despite being bumped around a bit, it hasn't broken like the plastic ones often do, and it still works perfectly.

I’ve consistently had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff is friendly and inviting, and the food and drinks meet the expectations you’d have from a typical Starbucks. If you need to get some work done, the internet is also very fast.

The staff was incredibly friendly and made a genuine effort to ensure that all orders were taken care of, regularly updating customers on their wait times. Although the wait was longer than anticipated and it appeared they could have used some additional help, it was clear that their hard work was not to blame. They maintained a cheerful and accommodating attitude throughout. I enjoyed a tasty dirty chai latte and egg bites. The restaurant itself was also spacious and well-maintained.
