Contribuer aux commentairesOn the day my man and I went to the city on the camino, this was the only place that was open with vegan options. we were exhausted and didn't want to look for a place where we could do something work, so we decided for the vegan burger. it tasted good, but was quite basic for a burger place. there is a selection of fries and a sauce that they can get with their meal. we also shared an salad that they could make vegan and it was fresh, but the dressing was a little funky. the service was great.
The burger is very rich, and the very friendly bartenders would miss a juicy sauce to accompany, and more variety of suitable dishes (tapas, incomings, desserts, etc.).
Although most of the menu options are not vegetarian, the respect burger, which is the only vegetarian, is spectacular. It is very similar to the heura burger, made with pea protein and meat texture. Additionally, you can choose the bread and add additional ingredients to the burger, so it doesn't always have to be the same; desserts are excellent. yes, to eat vegan is more limited.
On the menu there is a vegan burger. it is called respeto. I think it's a burger beyond what it tastes. it comes with french fries or sweet potato.
