I love that it is an optional extra with garlic bread. spread this thick, creamy dip on garlicky, crispy, buttery brot sky! the zorba pizza was also excellent a lot of tasty topping (each cm the basic was covered). wood fired. crispy basic. so good. friendly staff.
It is nice to see how port adelaide is slowly rejuvenated, with more and more companies to move into the opposite. a business that has been there for some time, however, is the Greek inspired pizza place, el greco. of the same owners as the Greek restaurant next door offers el greco Italian favorites like pizza, pasta, risotto, salate and side. pizzas come in two sizes; 9 inches small and 12 inches large.
I love to cook this place traditional style and definitiw a visit for eating in takeaway. their pizzas are the best authentic, with fresh ingredients, crispy crust and made to order. family business with a surprisingly extensive bar selection. fabulous food in great location :
Bad pizza! these are our engaged. bad pizza! this is our first time we order el greco. we just have pizza so we can't comment on anything else. but the pizza is terrible tarty basic, cheap cheese and ordinary tasting toppings. for a place with a wood stove they would expect much better. if they really good pizza on this way try lickerish on semaphore rd their margarita is amazing. or if they are closer to the city, they try the deli on george st thebarton when the best pizza places in adelaide. avoid el greco terrible!
Loved it! Where else can you get fabulous pizza for 4 adults, under $40, and have a doggy bag for lunches the next day?! We all loved the pizzas and ambient live music.
