Ralphs Famous Italian Ice

Opens at 11 am unless it's Sunday and the girl gets their at 1 pm and then starts counting her money draw penny by penny and ignoring the customers. Then wants to serve without washing her hands.... Owners take note you have a good product but poor help.......

Waited for almost 20 minutes. When it was our turn, the sales associate looked at us and was ready to serve the people behind us, when.my husband told her we 're next. It wasn 't hard to see because at the this point, she was the only server and we were at the head of the line. So when I told her I wanted a vanilla chip, she said they had noote creme, rather only ice cream left. Very disappointed... We ONLY went there for that choice. We left after a 22 minute wait, empty-handed. They should have posted a sign to avoid inconveniencing us, not to mention have been mindful of the line and if not sure, asked, who 's next? !!!

Just needs to have more varieties, i.e gluten free and etc to please everyone. Other than that, nice place.

Delicious lemon ice, but the prices are getting ridiculous! I mean it's just frozen lemon juice sugar!!!
