Starbucks - Port Orchard

Never really understood this Starbucks. It has the worst parking lot so if anybody goes in through the drive up or there's a line, you have to wait to try to get out and just going through the driver is a challenge especially if you're in a larger vehicle. Typical of Starbucks I find that the price of their coffee is very high. The service was good. I do give them that credit, but they really need to rethink this whole building and prices in general.

Worst service I have ever received. I had to explain 3 times what my order was. I said the size and what I wanted. But she was confused on what kind of drink I wanted so I patiently repeated to her what I wanted. She even side glanced at my friend and tried to ask her what I wanted. She grabbed the wrong size cup and was writing down what I wanted but I didn’t realize it wasn’t the right size until after she was done writing. She asked if grande was ok. And I said no I wanted a venti. And she proceeds to get upset with me because I didn’t correct her while she was writing on the cup. I apologize for the matter and continued. The rest of the experience she ignored me and only talked to my friend I was with. There was only two things special about my drink and it wasn’t that complicated. I get the same thing everytime I go to Starbucks and I’ve never experienced something so childish.

I like Starbucks but I don't buy from here anymore because the straws are ridiculous. They disintegrate after like 5 sips. I asked for a different straw, was even willing to pay for one and they dont have any other options. You def need straw to drink a frappe so on to the next shop.

Kelly was rude and super conceited. All I wanted was a peppermint hot cocoa. I asked for a grande mint hot cocoa and heaven forbid I don’t say the whole thing. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and then after three times of repeating myself, she went “Oh you mean “PEPPER”mint” Like look man I’m sorry I didn’t say peppermint from the start but there was no reason to talk to me like I’m dumb. Having worked in the service industry, it is not that hard to realize that I meant peppermint. Also I understand that this can come off as petty but man all I wanted was a festive cocoa.
