Alvin Ord's Sandwich Shop - Port Royal

So I grew up eating sandwiches from this fabulous restaurant and every time I visit my parents, I make it a point to stop by. This time the customer service was very disappointing. I ordered a small ham salvation and I was charged for a medium. When Iinformed the cashier about her mistake, she argued that I had ordered a medium. The sandwich I received was the size of asmall. Management was nowhere to be found. It?s unfortunate that this behavior and miscalculation tainted my usual pleasantexperience.

Tried this for the first time today. I ordered the medium Rueben, and I have to say it was outstanding !! Best sandwich I?ve had in a very long time. Will definitely be back for more.

Stopped while we were out driving. Got The salvation, it was very good. Food and service great. Prices were good also. Not to busy. Would recommend if looking for a quick good sandwich. Bread is homemade.

I visited related; I don't live in a crowd. it was suggested that we eat at alvin ord. the sandwiches were very tasty and quite large, but I was extremely taken back when the bank asked me if I wanted to add a tipp to my credit card payment. remember that this is a counter-order/counter pick-up place; these employees are not paid the mere server wage. there is absolutely no service here. I found this so sticky and inappropriate that I won't be back.

The cash that took our order was not very nice. but the food was delicious! I recommend the salvation. man and I separated a big one and we were filled.
