Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Port St Lucie

I love tropical smoothie, but it was too busy for only 2 workers to be on duty. They were working hard, and my bread was almost folded over. It was stale. It was not the workers who were at fault... it was the management. I am very disappointed in this particular store.

I placed an catering order for an event 10 days in advance, and less than an hour before the pick up time I received an email saying that there was a problem with my order and it was not sent to the store. They did charge me and I can't seem to find a way to get a refund. The phone number provided doesn't work, and no one has answered my messages... I've already submitted a requested using the link posted here, and I haven't heard back. I will have to call the bank to dispute it. HUGE headache.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent visit to this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location, which I believe to be the worst in all of Florida. Upon entering the store, I was immediately met with an unpleasant odor. The staff member at the reception was wearing headphones, and another white employee exhibited exceptionally poor customer service. We waited nearly 20 minutes to receive our smoothies, which were not only underfilled but also extremely watery and devoid of flavor. This experience was utterly disappointing, and I will never patronize this establishment again.

The worst Tropical Smoothie Cafe I've ever been to. It's like a broken version of the chain that's been left to rot. The wrap I paid full price for was the tiny version typically used with the half/half sandwich/smoothie combo. Staff didn't show up at the counter until a minute or two after I walked in. Everything felt out of place and not very clean in the store. It's weird because I've gone to all kinds of Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations before, and every single one of them has been consistently decent. This one was not. I don't think it's the staff's fault either, this level of fail could only come from bad leadership. It's like someone with money bought a chain because they thought it would be easy to make bank in a new and upcoming CDD/city. Then they did absolutely nothing with it except hire below the bare minimum of employees and wait for a profit. They honestly don't deserve to run this franchise. It's made me think twice before trying another one.

Amazing staff, employees always go above and beyond to make me happy. Food and smoothies are always on point, I’m in and out so quickly. Love the atmosphere great vibes
